Anyways. It's Tobias Ragg, from Sweeney Todd. Musical Sweeney, mind, since I drew this long before the movie came out. And yes, he should *technically* have a bandage on his head, but I drew it before I saw the revival twice in two weeks and learned every detail about ever characters costume.
